They have a range of both whey and vegan protein powders which are all natural. Their Organic Hemp Plus protein powder is the best vegan protein powder I’ve tried. No chalk; hallelujah! You simply add these to your choice of milk or water, shake, and drink.

Smoothie BomsSmoothie Bombs are a great solution too. With names like ‘the Lover’ and ‘the Healer’, how could you go past these little health bombs! Dream up your own easy healthy smoothie

It’s easy to think up your own recipe for a healthy smoothie. Smoothies will work with whatever you have left in the fridge. Use milk, water, coconut water or juice as a base, approximately 1/2 – 1 cup depending on the amount of ingredients. Add your fruit or veggies; a banana, a handful of spinach and pineapple; an apple, some cinnamon and an orange; kale, berries and some lemon juice…. Be creative, it’s hard to go wrong!

Finish with some yoghurt, 1/3 to 1/2 cup for creaminess, and add some sweetener if you like. Have you looked at Naturally Sweet? This Aussie business has a great range of natural, healthy sweeteners, perfect for smoothies.

Add all to the blender – I like to start with the liquids and then add the solids. That way the blender seems to ‘suck’ the ingredients down better resulting in a smoother blend. Pour over some ice cubs if you like it cold and yum! Your easy healthy smoothie is ready.
